my favorite song of the past 2 weeks is "daylight till dawn" by all night radio.
i have to listen to it almost every morning.

they just hired my old friend, Joan, who used to work @ ClubSafeParking in Houston with me, so one of her first duties was to interview people from their newly signed bands.
we'd already been sending crazy emails since we were re-united in seattle last month, so she just posted our latest email exchange here, isn't that funny?

i got the aqua teen hunger force dvd last week and have been watching it pretty obsessively since then. shake is my favorite.
and finally, i am pretty sure i figured out what my sweat smells like.
(for those of you that don't know me well, i haven't worn deo in over 2 years, and i have yet to get a complaint...)
as far as i can tell, it is a subtle combination of iron & citrus.
doesn't that sound lovely?
i think its from all the oranges and spinach i eat.
someday when they make a golden gram cologne, it will be called iron & citrus.
or maybe citrus & iron.
i'm not quite sure yet.
today i am happy to be alive.
i was trying to figure out why.
then duh, it hit me, i ran and did yoga @ ironworks last nite.
